Our complaints procedure

It’s important to us that you are pleased with any purchase or service you’ve received from us. If there’s something you’re not happy with, we’d love the opportunity to put this right.

Complaints procedure – Step 1

We take customer satisfaction very seriously, if you’re not happy with a product or the service you’ve received from us we’d like the opportunity to help put things right. 

In the first instance, our Customer Services Team are available to resolve your complaint,  Monday to Friday. You can either call us on 01484 861461 or if you don’t need an urgent response please email us using our Contact Form and let us know the nature of your complaint. We will attempt to resolve your complaint at the earliest opportunity to your satisfaction. If you are still unsatisfied, please proceed to step 2.

Complaints procedure – Step 2

If we have not been able to resolve a complaint and you wish to escalate, you should send a formal complaint in writing.  All complaints should be made in writing to info@floorseal.co.uk and addressed in the subject matter to the ‘complaints procedure’ we will respond within 30 days.
