If you’re waiting on an item that hasn’t arrived, we’re here to help! Here’s what to do:

Reporting to us:
Notify us within 21 days of the expected delivery date so our couriers can investigate. Requests after this time may be handled at our discretion.
Proof of Delivery
If the courier provides proof of delivery (POD, photo, or GPS), the item will be considered delivered.
Incorrect Deliveries:
We’ll refund any paid shipping fee if an item is delivered to the wrong location, once the delivery window has passed.
A full item refund is possible if the item is returned or officially confirmed as lost by the courier usually within 7 working days.
Post-Misdelivery
If the item is delivered successfully after a mis-drop, it’s the recipient’s responsibility to refuse it if no longer needed; otherwise, it will be marked as delivered.
We do our best to trace missing items via GPS and return them if they’re no longer needed. For further assistance, reach out – we’re here to help!
