Do you offer next day delivery?
Unfortunately we don’t offer a guaranteed next day service, however the majority of FREE Express packages to England, Wales & Scotland are delivered next working day, when ordered before 1pm Monday-Friday. Excludes remote locations including Cornwall and Highlands (allow 2-5 days).

When will my order be sent out?
Orders placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) are despatched same day.
Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are processed the next working day.

I’m not seeing any delivery options available?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we are unable to ship to offshore locations. This includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland, Channel and Scilly Islands.
 

How will I know the package is on its way?
You will receive full tracking information from Floorseal, with additional email and texts from our couriers to keep you updated.
