Delivery Charges & Timescales

Standard delivery is free except to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland & other UK offshore Islands. Orders arrive within 4 – 5 days based on working days Mon-Fri.

Our couriers do not deliver on bank holidays or on a Saturday or Sunday other than by special additional arrangement. 

 For UK mainland addresses you can also select a paid express delivery service. The delivery timescale is 1 – 2 days from order based on working days Mon – Fri. For example an order made at 12.00pm on a Monday will typically arrive on Tuesday/Wednesday.

Saturday delivery is possible for signed for deliveries only via Parcelforce. Orders must be recieved by 1pm by Friday.

We do not process orders during weekends or bank holidays. Any order placed during a weekend or bank holiday will default onto processing during the next working day.

The cut off time for orders being processed on any working day is 1pm. Any order being placed after this time will not be processed until the following working day.

For example, an order on express shipping placed prior to 1pm on a Monday will arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday. An order placed  after 1pm will be processed the following day, typically arriving on Wednesday or Thursday.
