Floorseal Floor Polish Remover Rapid will remove most water-based floor polishes from any general vinyl flooring. Suitable for use with traditional mop & bucket systems, but also for use in conjunction with scrubber driers, or rotary machines. Apply the product, agitate, allow to dwell & rinse away to remove old acrylic polishes. Can be used at varying dilution rates to suit your particular polish & number of coats.

  • Carry out a test in an inconspicuous area.
  • Testing ensures this stripper will strip your particular type of polish.
  • If you find this product is not suitable for use on your project do not continue to use.
  • Sweep or vacuum away any loose dust etc.
  • Dilute between 1:10 to 1:20 depending on the polish (number/age of coats).
  • For best results allow to dwell for 10-15 minutes (and agitate).
  • Rinse away with clean water.
  • Repeat as required.
  • Neutralise the solution by heavy rinsing with clean water.
  • Coverage rates will vary depending on the age/amount/type of polish to be removed.
  • The use of rotary machines fitted with nylon pads or brushes will speed up the process.

Typically dilute at 1:10 to 1:20 with water, allow to dwell, agitate with a mop (or machine) & rinse off. Neutralise with clean water or a very weak acidic solution.
