Effective acrylic coating remover in a low odour water-based gel formula

Floorseal Remover Plus is for the removal of water-based acrylic coatings & certain resin-based brush in compound residues. Suitable for use, subject to testing, on natural stone, porcelain, concretes, and clay-based materials such as block pavers.

With suitable dwell time the removal gel will break down residues/light coatings of water-based acrylics & certain single part brush in compounds. Always test for suitability before use. Apply undiluted, keep wet on the surface by adding more product (or a little water). Keep the surface wet for at least 30 mins, the longer the dwell time the more effective the product will be at emulsifying the sealer/contaminant. You may need to repeat this process depending on the type of surface and number of coats/thickness of sealer/contaminant the product encounters.

Always test for suitability before use. This product is NOT for the removal of solvent based acrylics, polyurethanes, 2-part brush in compounds, cements, or resin-based grouts.
