• Carry out a test in an inconspicuous area.
• If you find this product is not suitable for use on your project, do not continue to use.
• Add 3-4 capfuls into 4 litres of warm water.
• Apply with a mop or sponge. Allow to dwell for 5-10 minutes and agitate to obtain the best results.
• Rinse away with plenty of clean water and allow to dry.
• Repeat as required.
• Dilution rates can be altered to suit the level of soiling.
• Safe for children & pets when dry.

Neutral balance cleaner suitable for all sensitive stone surfaces

Floorseal Ph Neutral Floor Cleaner is particularly useful for cleaning sensitive surfaces or surfaces which have an existing coating. This could be anywhere which has had a surface polish or breathable impregnator applied. Ph Neutral Floor Cleaner will not have a negative effect on any surface due to its formula being Ph neutral, it is neither strongly alkaline or nor strongly acidic. This multi-surface cleaner is very economical, a little bit goes a very long way. Just a few capfuls of cleaner is to be diluted into 4 or 5 litres of clean water. A great product to use as a granite cleaner, marble cleaner, limestone floor cleaner, Amtico or Karndean floor cleaner. If you have a natural stone or tiled floor with an existing sealer, harsh cleaning products should not to be used. Strong cleaning agents are often highly alkaline and will strip or attack existing sealers. By using Ph Neutral Floor Cleaner the surface can be cleaned without removing any pre-existing sealers or polishes. Some natural stones are acid sensitive, notably marble, limestone and travertine. If these surfaces are cleaned with acidic based cleaners (typically limescale removers) you will etch the stone and dull the surface. This etching will become obvious on polished or semi-polished marbles, limestones and travertine. By cleaning with a ph neutral cleaner acid sensitive stone can be cleaned without damage.

Expensive floors like Amtico and Karndean floors usually have a surface polish. It has been applied to protect and enhance their appearance. Strong alkaline cleaners will strip the polish from the surface. A Ph neutral floor cleaning solution will clean Amtico or Karndean flooring without attacking the polish.
