Porcelain Tile Eco Seal is an impregnating sealer suitable for use on all external porcelain tiles. It can also be applied to interior matt finish tiles. Apply to newly laid porcelain tiles or older existing installations for increased protection. Once sealed your porcelain tiles will still retain their natural appearance. Porcelain Tile Eco Seal is applied in a single micro-coat, producing an effective & economical method of sealing porcelain. This product can be used as a pre-grout sealer. Perfect for protecting exterior and interior porcelain tiles from grout haze, dirt, organic staining and oil penetration.

Porcelain Tile Eco Seal is a matt finish water-based impregnating & breathable tile sealer. This porcelain sealer can be used on internal and external porcelain tiles. It leaves a natural matt finish, so does not alter the appearance of your tiles. Porcelain Tile Eco Sealer is a high-performance impregnating sealer, providing protection from water-borne and oil-based staining.
The application of Floorseal Porcelain Tile Eco Seal will make general maintenance easier. This product inhibits staining, efflorescence, moss, algae, black spot lichens and other organic growth.
Porcelain Tile Eco Seal can be applied prior to grouting as a pre-grout sealer. This reduces the likelihood of grout hazing associated with cement-based & resin-based grouting systems. It can also be applied to existing interior or exterior porcelain tiled floors & walls, sealing the tile & associated grout lines.
Porcelain Tile Eco Seal is easy to apply with a microfibre mop or pad. Apply a thin coat over the whole of the tiled surface and allow to dry. This can be completed prior to grouting as a pre-grout sealer. Or apply to existing surfaces after installation – this can be to new or older tiled floors.
When applied as a pre-grout sealer, apply to the tiles, allow the product to dry and grout as normal after at least one hour has elapsed. Do not walk on the tiles for one hour after the sealer has been applied. After the grout has been applied wait approximately 24 hours to allow the grout to dry & cure. Once any final clean-up has taken place apply again over the whole surface as before.
To seal existing tiled floors, apply one thin coat over the tile and the grout lines. Allow to dry for one hour before walking on the floor.
This product can be applied every one-two years. As the sealer is not a surface coating it will not blister, peel or crack. The surface can be deep cleaned and new sealer applied as and when required.
