Remover Plus is for the removal of water-based acrylic coatings & ‘rainbowing’ created by the use of single part resin-based brush in compound. Suitable for use (subject to testing) on natural stone, porcelain, concretes, and clay-based materials such as block paving.
With time the gel formula will break down residues/light coatings of water-based acrylics & rainbowing caused by single part brush in compounds – test for suitability before use. This product is NOT for the removal of solvent-based acrylics, polyurethanes, 2-part brush in compounds, cements, or resin-based grouts.

Floorseal Remover Plus is for the removal of water-based acrylic coatings & certain resin-based brush in compound residues. Suitable for use, subject to testing, on natural stone, porcelain, concretes, and clay-based materials such as block pavers.
With suitable dwell time the removal gel will break down residues/light coatings of water-based acrylics & certain single part brush in compounds. Always test for suitability before use. Apply undiluted, keep wet on the surface by adding more product (or a little water). Keep the surface wet for at least 30 mins, the longer the dwell time the more effective the product will be at emulsifying the sealer/contaminant. You may need to repeat this process depending on the type of surface and number of coats/thickness of sealer/contaminant the product encounters.

Yes, this product is suitable for use on external porcelain tiles.
Yes, this product can be used on sandstone, test before use. Keep the product wet during the removal process, do not allow it to dry on the surface.
Remover Plus will remove hazing & rainbowing created by the residues of brush in compounds. It is not for the removal of more serious mistakes.
No, if you wish to remove cement based grouts etc use Floorseal Cement & Grout Haze Remover.
This product will not remove brush in compounds which have been compacted into the joint, only general residues.
This product is a non-acidic solution.
This product will remove water-based top coat acrylic sealers with adequate dwell time. It will not remove solvent-based surface coatings or polyurethanes. Test before use to ensure suitability.
At least 30 minutes. The longer the dwell time the better, do not allow the product to dry out during the dwell time. Add more product or a little water to prevent this happening.
