Granite Paver Sealer is an invisible penetrating sealer perfect for sealing porous natural granites. This sealer resists water & oil-based staining and inhibits organic growth – Such as green algae, slimes & lichens.
This powerful granite sealer is easy to apply, low odour & rapid drying. It will not alter the appearance of your granite pavers or tiles leaving a totally natural unaltered finish. Apply in two consecutive coats approximately 40 minutes apart.
Suitable for use when resin-based jointing compounds, resin-based grouts or cement-based mortars or grouts have been applied. Can also be used as a pre-grouting sealer.

- Carry out a test in an inconspicuous area. If you find this product is not suitable for use on your project, do not continue to use.
- Make sure all surfaces are totally clean and completely dry.
- Do not apply if rain is likely in the next 24 hours.
- Remove all residues from brush in compounds and grout hazes.
- Apply with a brush, masonry roller, paint pad or sprayer, saturating the surface, allow to soak in.
- When applying to exterior surfaces spraying produces the best result.
- Remove all excess with dry (microfibre) cloths after approximately 10 – 20 minutes of application.
- Do not allow any excess to dry on the surface. Use microfibre cloths or a dry roller to do this.
- Do not simply apply and leave to dry onto the surface, all excess product must be removed.
- Apply a 2nd application approximately 40 minutes after the 1st – remove any excess as before.
- This product dries in approximately 2 hours and cures over 24 hours.
- Do not allow the sealed surface to become wet during the curing process.
- This product should only be applied when air temperatures are above 10ºC and below 20ºC.
- Safe for children and pets when dry.
- Do not apply to non-porous surfaces.
- Can be used as a pre-sealer before grouting.
- Can be used in bathrooms and wet areas.
- Suitable for use where pavers have been jointed with brush in compounds, resin-based grouts, cement-based grouts and traditional mortars.
- Very dense granites may only require one application of product.
Product Details
A fully breathable impregnating sealer for porous granite pavers & tiles.
Granite Paver Sealer is a fully breathable invisible impregnating sealer suitable for natural honed granite pavers and tiles. This natural granite sealer does not alter the surface it is applied to. Granite Paver Sealer Sealer allows vapour transmission so is suitable for sealing both newly laid paving which may still be releasing moisture. Your treated granite surfaces will resist water and oil-based staining and inhibit organic growth such as algae, slime & lichens.
Ongoing maintenance is much easier when the surface of the granite is sealed. This penetrating sealer soaks into the surface of the granite and becomes meshed into the pores of the stone. As this product is a breathable sealer it will still allow 100% moisture vapour transmission.
Use Granite Paver Sealer to seal both the face of the stone & grout lines
This granite paver sealer will seal both the face of the stone and the associated grout lines. This includes lime based joints, sand, portland cement based pointing and any semi-porous resin based grout. Any porous granite can be sealed with this product.
This sealer will not alter the appearance of the material it is applied to, it is totally invisible as it sinks into the pores of the granite. The active components of the sealer penetrate the surface of the stone and become meshed into its pores. We describe this product as matt finish but in actual fact it has no visible finish due to it being a sub-surface penetrating sealer.
Granite Paver Sealer cannot wear like a surface topical sealer as there is no coating to wear off. Penetrating sealers should be applied to a totally dry stone and be allowed to soak into the pores of the tile. Make sure you wipe any excess from the surface before it dries. This product can be applied by roller, paint pad or brush in two consecutive applications. After allowing the product to soak in, remove any obvious excess within approximately 10 – 20 minutes. You should remove the excess with microfibre cloths, absorbing all obvious excess wet sealant. If the granite is particularly dense you may only require one application of product.
Granite Paver Sealer will leave the treated surface with a invisible breathable natural seal. This sealer can be used on external or internal surfaces including wet rooms.
