Outdoor Porcelain Tile Cleaner is a powerful porcelain tile patio cleaner that is best suited to cleaning ‘just laid’ porcelain tiles.
Please note this product will not remove resin-based grouts or brush-in compounds.

A specialist porcelain &ceramic tile cleaner for the removal of cements & general builders mess after your tiles have just been installed. Easy to use with a short dwell time, this porcelain cleaner effortlessly cuts through cement, mortar, efflorescence, leachate staining, concrete, slurry primers & more.
When cleaning porcelain tile floors, you must consider that modern fully-vitrified and semi-vitrified porcelains are often matt finish and slightly textured leading to a build-up of dirt and grime. Outdoor Porcelain Tile Cleaner will remove cements & cement-based grouts with ease. This specialist porcelain paving cleaner will clean outdoor porcelain tiles to a spotless condition. Typically applied undiluted but can be diluted with clean water (subject to testing) then agitate with a stiff brush. Do not allow the product to dry out during the dwell time – add more product to keep the surface wet. Rinse off (liberally) with clean water within a few minutes of application.
For best results pressure wash the surface after use. This porcelain slab cleaner is safe to use on any type of external porcelain tile where thorough cleaning of cement-based staining is required on smooth/textured porcelain tiles. The coverage rates will vary from 5m2 per litre and upwards, depending on the level of contamination and type/texture of the porcelain.

Unfortunately we don’t offer a guaranteed next day service, however the majority of FREE Express packages to England, Wales & Scotland are delivered next working day, when ordered before 1pm Monday-Friday. Excludes remote locations including Cornwall and Highlands (allow 2-5 days).

Outdoor Porcelain Tile Cleaner is suitable for cleaning all types of exterior porcelain tiles.
We recommend Floorseal Intensive Tile Cleaner for deep cleaning interior porcelain tiles.
Approximately 5m2 per litre or more.
Please adjust based on the dilution rate chosen, the porosity of the tiles and the level of contamination found on site.
General dirt, cement-based grout haze, mortar, cement-based slurry primers, concrete, efflorescence, leachate staining & cement-based render splashes. This product is best used for cleaning ‘just laid’ porcelains i.e. builders mess.
It does not remove resin-based brush in compounds or resin based grouts.
If you are cleaning organic growth/contaminations on exterior porcelain patio tiles after the winter (or older tiles) you may find Floorseal Porcelain Patio Spring Clean beneficial. This product specifically targets organic contaminations such as algae, mould, slime, bird droppings & lichens.
Outdoor Porcelain Tile Cleaner is NOT designed to remove resin’s either in brush in compound form or resin based grouts. This product is for the removal of cement-based products only.
Please note: Resin-based grouts can be very difficult/impossible to remove.
Please apply the product undiluted (you may be able to dilute for mild contaminations subject to testing)
Agitate the product with a stiff brush and rinse off with clean water after a few minutes. Do not let the product dry out on the surface. This product is effective within a few minutes, always rinse off with clean water after use.
Carry out a test patch first.
Wet out any surrounding bedding plants and lawns with clean water prior to cleaning. The product will therefore be diluted if it encounters plant life etc and will have already lost its strength. Heavy rinsing with clean water neutralise the product.
As with all types of cleaners children & pets should be kept out of the work area when Outdoor Porcelain Tile Cleaner is in use. It is perfectly safe once the treated surface is rinsed & has dried.

Floorseal Porcelain Tile Sealer for Patios – This product can slightly deepen colour (on darker coloured tiles) and creates a subtle sheen.
Floorseal Porcelain Tile Eco Sealer – A natural matt finish product which can be used as a pre-grouting sealer but can be used on exterior patio tile. This is our recommended porcelain tile sealer for exterior tiles.
No, Outdoor Porcelain Tile Cleaner will not affect artificial grass. We do recommend rinsing down any areas adjacent to the treated surface which may have been in contact with the product to dilute and neutralise the cleaning effect.
Outdoor Porcelain Tile Cleaner is suitable for cleaning newly laid tiles to remove cement & cement-based grout issues. It will also removes efflorescence & leachate staining.
You should pressure wash as the first option.
Iron rich compost or fertilisers (which contain iron sulphate) may require Floorseal Rust Remover for Stone.
Floorseal Porcelain Patio Spring Clean will remove general dirt and organic contaminations.
Pressure wash first this will usually remove dirt without the use of a cleaning solution.
Some ingrained mud/grime marking may require the use of Floorseal Porcelain Patio Spring Clean.
Please note: Outdoor Porcelain Tile Cleaner is primarily for the removal of cement/mortar staining.

Floorseal Rust Remover for Stone can be applied to porcelain tiles to remove rust spots on porcelain.
Ideally apply undiluted (you may be able to apply diluted subject to testing). Apply and leave to dwell for a few minutes and liberally rinse away. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface, the product must be kept wet during the dwell time (by adding more product if required).
