Dilute the product 1:1 with clean water. You can also apply the cleaner undiluted to remove heavy contaminations of black spot lichen.

This product requires a dwell time of around 15 minutes up to an hour, keep the patio cleaner wet during this time (by adding more product). The dwell time can be extended if required. You can keep the surface wet by spraying more product over the surface or a very fine mist of water from a hose pipe. Agitating the surface with a stiff brush also helps to prevent the fluid just sitting in the low areas of your slabs or pavers.

• Find the correct dwell time – A test patch will dictate this!
• Do not allow the product to dry out.
• Apply the product undiluted if required.

Patio Cleaner Plus is designed to work without the need for a pressure washer . You do not have to use a jet washer as part of this process.

• You can pre-wet the surface with a hose pipe or watering can.
• Apply the product with a simple garden pump-up sprayer or watering can.
• Rinse off with a hose pipe.
• If you wish to pressure wash before or after the process you can do so but it is optional!
