Roof Cleaner Bio Wash is for the treatment of organic contaminations on roofs & associated surfaces. It is a concentrated solution which should be diluted from 1:5 (general/light contaminations) to 1:3 (more severe contaminations) with clean water. This product should be sprayed onto any roof tile where contaminations of algae, lichen, slimes etc occur. Spray on & simply leave this powerful cleaning agent to work over the following days, weeks & months. No rinsing is required after applying this product. This fungicidal roof wash also inhibits the return of organic contaminants & black spotting when applied once or twice per year. Suitable for use on marley roof tiles, general concrete tiles, clay tiles, natural stone, general cement-based tiles, slate tiles, plastic tiles, composite tiles, & metal tiles. Does not have an adverse on UPVC windows, lead flashing or metal frames.

Roof Cleaner Bio Wash is a concentrated cleaning solution so produces huge coverage rates

Floorseal Roof Cleaner Bio Wash is to be diluted 1:5 with clean water. For heavy contaminations dilute the product at a slightly stronger concentration of 1:3. Once diluted, the solution should be applied at approximately 1 litre to approximately 3m2 – 5m2. Do not exceed 5m2 per litre. 5 litres of Roof Cleaner Bio Wash concentrate will produce 30 litres of cleaning fluid when diluted at 1:5. This will cover a maximum surface area of 125m2. Apply Roof Cleaner Bio Wash with a low-pressure sprayer. Saturate the surface making sure not to exceed a maximum of 5m2 per litre of diluted cleaning fluid. Please allow the product to dry on the surface to remove algae, lichens, slimes and fungi. Organic contaminations will disappear over the following days & weeks.
