Roof Cleaner Rapid

• Please refer to the Technical Data Sheet for full instructions.
• Wear appropriate PPE, safety goggles & gloves. We advise wearing suitable overalls or old clothing as this product can discolour natural fibres.
• Carry out a test in an inconspicuous area.
• If you find this product is not suitable for use on your project do not continue to use.
• Pre-wet the area with clean water, so the surface becomes saturated with water.
• Once the majority of water is no longer visible on the surface, apply the product.
• Dilute the product 1:1 with clean water.
• Can be used neat on black spot lichen.
• Apply with a low-pressure pump-up sprayer.
• Keep the surface wet by applying more product so it is visibly wet.
• Extend the dwell time for as long as necessary.
• Typically dwell times are from 15 minutes minimum, up to 1 hour.
• Apply in smaller manageable sections when treating large areas.
• Do not allow the product to dry on the surface or it ceases to work!
• Rinse away with plenty of clean water and allow to dry.
• Repeat as required.
• Do not exceed the coverage rates.
• Do not spray onto adjacent plants & lawns or allow the product to mist over them.
• Do not allow this product to enter ponds or encounter aquatic life.
• Safe for children, pets & wildlife when dry.

Powerful, targeted rapid power cleaning formula for roof tiles

• Remove infestations of black spot, algae, green clumping organic contaminations, dirt & grime
• Non-acidic formula so can also be used on concrete, limestone as well as general roof tiles
• Typically use this product at a dilution rate of 1:1 with water, with a minimum dwell time of approximately 15 minutes
• Rinse off after use. Roof Cleaner Rapid produces a fast & clean finish
• Follow up (or a really thorough & longer lasting clean) with a residual action biocidal clean (Roof Cleaner Bio Wash)
• Can be applied on damp days or to damp roof tiles.
• 5 litres covers up to a maximum area of 40m2 for one application – repeat as required
• Rinse off after use

Approximately 8m2 per litre (when diluted 1:1). Adapt to suit the porosity of your roof tile and level of organic contamination.
