Rapid Dry Flagstone Sealer For Natural Stone & Faux Concrete Flagstones

Can be applied to most natural stone or concrete replica flagstones. Flagstone Sealer is suitable for both newly laid and older flagstone floors. This rapid dry sealer can be applied to York Sandstone, Blue Lias, Indian Sandstone, Kandla Grey Sandstone, Cotswold Stone, Rough/honed limestone, Black Limestone, Basalt, Slate, Faux Concrete Flagstones & more.

This solvent-based sealer will invigorate the stone, leaving an enhanced silk finish. The product will blend with earthy colours to enrich the appearance of flagstones. Flagstone Sealer removes the dusty, washed out appearance that older flagstones suffer from. Flagstone Sealer will seal the surface against general liquid staining, bind dust & inhibit organic growth on exterior surfaces.

Perfect for old Flagstone floors or modern replica concrete slabs for sealing and enriching the surface colour.

A modern solvent-based formula which invigorates flagstone floors

Floorseal Flagstone Sealer is an easy to apply solvent-based floor finish, easy to work with and dries rapidly. We recommend applying a minimum of 2 coats to protect the surface. You may apply more product (in thin coats) to create a more obvious sheen when sealing very porous interior floors. Apply using a masonry style roller, paint pad or microfibre flat mop, microfibre cloth or brush (for very porous floors). The formula is Xylene and Polyurethane free and will not crack, peel or blister, penetrating into the stone to protect and enhance.

Pre-cleaning your Flagstones

For interior pre-cleaning & everyday cleaning you may be interested in:-

Floorseal Stone Floor Cleaner – This product deep cleans porous surfaces, removing dirt, grime & grease. This product is highly recommended as a deep, pre-cleaning solution. Can be applied to natural flagstone floors – rinse thoroughly after use. Then allow the floor to dry over the next few days.

Floorseal Cement & Grout Haze Remover – A cleaning solution for interior or exterior flagged floors, removes grout haze & cement staining from acid resistant surfaces – Do not use on Limestone, Concrete (faux/replica flagstones), Bath Stone, Cotswold Stone, Blue Lias. Only suitable for slates, sandstone & York Sandstone. 

Floorseal Ph Neutral Floor Cleaner – for day to day cleaning of interior floors once the surface is sealed. This product will not affect/disturb any of our sealers.

For exterior surfaces, we recommend Black Spot Remover Plus or Patio Cleaner Plus for natural stone (or concrete) which requires deep cleaning.

Please note: When deep cleaning (particularly) old flagstones you should neutralise any cleaning agent (by rinsing thoroughly) and wait 3-5 days before sealing. Ensure all slabs are totally dry before sealing.
